Well, not everyone does, but I am here to tell you that those that don't eventually become believers. My specialty is making healthy food not only taste good but look good too. Well, I hope you stopped and read those, so I don't have to twist your arm anymore. My secret is really understanding the ingredients that are available and making sure that they blend well. Even with my wheat free baking recipes you would never know that they are wheat free.

The purpose of this section is to guide you slowly and carefully down the road of change. Changing your ingredients in the kitchen can be very difficult if you have any preconceived thoughts about what it really means to eat healthy. You are not going to be deprived. Let me repeat myself YOU WILL NOT BE DEPRIVING YOURSELF OF YOUR FAVORITE RECIPES! In fact I challenge you to send in a recipe (within reason- to see if I can help you with substitutions on a dish). I have been very successful at this, though some may have taken several tries. It's almost like being an alchemist. You have to know what replaces what to keep the balance for the proper consistency.

On that note, the articles in this section, support you for making changes at the speed you need to take. For some they will go cold turkey over night and others want to buy one new ingredient a month. There isn't any wrong way to do this, as long as your goal is of integrity for you and your family.
