Reiki Classes

Learning Reiki is very exciting. The potential for being of benefit to you and others is unlimited. It is a complimentary healing modality for massage therapists, nurses, acupuncturists, moms, teachers, social workers and many others. One factor that is very important to consider is whom you're drawn to, as you look for a teacher. You want to feel comfortable and feel a strong sense of trust with that person. If you have a lot of doubt it will not serve either parties and it can be very disruptive to the class. Once you have decided that this is for you, I believe the right teacher will appear. It is also possible to be drawn to different teachers for different levels. It is not uncommon for a level 2 student to find a different Master class teacher. I know some people are bothered by that, however, I feel that we continuously grow and change. In so doing, we are then supported by those that we have the best connection with.

Special Note: I am a teacher that believes in practicing once you have been given an attunement. I will not give Reiki 2 to anyone unless they have practiced Reiki for at least 8 months to a year. That is a minimum. It takes time to observe the changes that occur and it takes time for one to fully embrace the concept of healing this way. I also will not give a Reiki Master class to anyone that has just learned Reiki 1 and 2 in one weekend, without a full year of practice. I believe the more clear your channels are in processing the attunements and the more trust you have in yourself as a healer the more effective the Master class will be for you.

Scholarships
Anyone who really wants to take a class and just cannot afford it may be eligible for a scholarship. Please write a letter stating why you want to take the class (Reiki 1, Reiki 2 or the Advanced Reiki Training. No scholarship can be given for the Master Class.). Then, if you put together a class of three or more people (not including yourself), you will be given the class at no cost. Your responsibilities for a scholarship are registering students and helping to promote the class to others. There is a minimum of 3 students not including yourself.

If the class is created outside of Washington State, accommodations and travel time will need to be included in the students fees.

If you are traveling to Whidbey Island for a class, I will be happy to work with you to find appropriate accommodations. There are many wonderful places to stay that are convenient and local.

At this level your channels are opened and everyone can begin to feel the Reiki energy moving in their hands. It is especially useful for healing yourself and friends. This is a one-day class.

Now you will begin to deepen your connection to the reiki energy for channeling it and strengthening the aura so that you are able to transmit 100% of the universal life energy. You receive the symbols and how to work with them both for personal use and distant healing. This is a two-day class.

This is a one-day class and is very beneficial if you are a reiki practitioner. The Advanced Reiki class is required if you are planning on taking the Reiki Master class.

This is a class for those who are serious about working with Reiki energy. There comes a responsibility at this level, especially if you want to teach reiki. This level increases the amount of energy that flows through your channels and increases the subtle levels of healing. So as a reiki practitioner, your skill level for healing will increase as well. If you are interested in this class, it is necessary to write a letter stating why you want to become a Reiki Master and send it to me. My address is listed on the home page and down below as well. This is a two-day class. The Advanced Reiki Training can be taken at the same time if that is necessary for you (for example, you may live out of town).
